Job Overview:
Tankcraft is seeking an individual for a production supervisor. Extensive knowledge and understanding of welding, mechanical assembly and warehousing is required. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and have a proven ability to effectively manage and supervise employees.
A key responsibility of this position is training employees. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentor skills are a necessary for this role.
This is an active position in a manufacturing facility. Employees are expected to meet physical demands of the department as well as have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Our team is committed to quality and takes pride in a job well done.
Preferred experience includes: Machine Shop/Press, 2 years welding, and fabrication.
Full-time
Wage is negotiable depending on experience.
