Job Description
Information Security Analysts are responsible for safeguarding organizational data, systems, and technology environments. They provide proactive security solutions aligned to enterprise policies, regulatory obligations, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk & Compliance Functions
- Execute 3P InfoSec, Privacy, Technology, Background Screening, and Model/AI Security Assessments.
- Perform research, data collection, and enterprise risk assessments to identify control gaps and security exposures.
- Ensure implementation of security principles, frameworks, and privacy policies across the organization.
Assessment & Assurance
- Conduct enterprise-wide assessments including:
- Third-party risk
- Privacy impact reviews
- Technology risk assessments
- Background screening assurance
- AI/Model security assessments for emerging risks
- Translate findings into remediation actions and track closure with stakeholders.
Process Documentation & Governance
- Maintain security documentation including incident reports, assessment outcomes, risk registers, and compliance evidence.
- Support internal audits, regulatory exams, and certification maintenance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in identifying vulnerabilities and evaluating risk.
- Ability to monitor and interpret logs, dashboards, network flows, and threat feeds.
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including routers, firewalls, identity platforms, and endpoint security tools.
- Understanding of regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS (as applicable).
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- High degree of ethics, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
