Job description:
- Good understanding of 5G NR, 4G LTE Radio architectures, and MIMO technology
- Candidates should have hands-on experience testing Massive MIMO Antennas in 32x32 and 64x64 configurations.
- Antenna design knowledge and familiarity with OTA testing in anechoic chambers are a plus.
- Strong experience with RF Test Equipment—including Network Analyzers, Signal Analyzers, Vector Signal Generators, and Power Meters—is essential.
- Basic configuration knowledge of Antenna Control units and interfaces with Power Amplifiers is also desirable.
- Experience in working in Anechoic Chambers for Antenna Testing for antenna radiation patterns, gain, and efficiency measurements
- Should have knowledge of 3GPP standards to ensure antenna designs meet 3GPP standards
- Experience in the Test Plan Developments for Massive MIMO Antenna, data analysis, and report generations
- Automation Test Scripts understanding and basic script updates
- Good to have experience with Antenna Design simulation tools – CST Microwave Studio, HFSS and Test Script tools like Python / Perl
