Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent.  The individual will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his/her supervisor.  Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

*Develop and submit an annual Business Development Plan.

*Perform marketing and brand education to customers, potential customers and business influencers (one-on-one, small group, large group presentations).

*Develop sales leads and opportunities, qualify potential business leads and assist capturing sales business by:

*Continuous marketing Falkbuilt to potential prospects and qualified business leads.

*Development and implementation of strategies and action steps to effectively advance or rule-out business leads and prospects.

*Entertaining and professional relationship building activities that yield positive sales results.

*Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers, potential customers and business influencers that fulfill customer interaction, and buying experience with Falkbuilt solutions.

*Delegate and hand off business leads to Sales leadership and/or Sales Executives to continue the pursuit and closure responsibilities in an effective manner.

*Perform with high levels of professionalism and responsiveness that earn trusting and engaging relationships with customers, prospects and business influencers.

*Continuously maintain an updated status via CRM software.

*Regular weekly (local) travel to networking events, customer & business influencer locations, Tangram office locations in Southern California.

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
