Cannabis Cultivation Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cultivation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the cultivation process, ensuring that plants are grown and maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Job Duties:

• Assist cultivation manager and lead cultivators with all aspects of the cultivation process.
• Conduct plant maintenance on all aspects of growth cycle, including: clones, vegetative, flowering.
• Assist with harvesting and post-harvest procedures.
• Assist with defoliation, pruning, cloning, and transplanting.
• Clean and sanitize workspace & facility per company SOPs.
• Assist with plant movements in accordance with Company SOPs and state regulation.
• Implement appropriate biosecurity measures.
• Conduct irrigation maintenance & sanitizing.

Job Requirements:

• Basic Knowledge of cannabis plants.
• Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.
• Ability to complete work in a timely manner and continually strive to increase productivity.
• Ability to stand for long period of time and regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/or holidays.
• Must be at least 21 yeas of age and be able to pass a background check.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
