About the Role
We are looking for a Client Success Manager with digital marketing experience to own client deliverables and relationships. This is a client-facing role where you’ll ensure marketing tasks get done on time, while keeping communication with clients clear and proactive.
Your success will be measured by client satisfaction and quality of deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients and their campaigns
- Own content delivery: publish blogs, schedule social content, and email marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights for clients
- Coordinate with our design team to ensure website projects are delivered smoothly
- Keep projects organized, deadlines on track, and clients consistently in the loop
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals: SEO, websites, blogging, and analytics.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain marketing concepts in plain language.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
What We Offer
$50k–$60k salary, 4-day work week!
Hybrid role: work in our Bethesda office 2–3 days per week.
