The Payroll Clerk performs a variety of administrative and compliance duties involving complex and detailed payroll responsibilities, as well as, routine bookkeeping.
Must be able to handle and coordinate multiple complex tasks at the same time while practicing sound judgement, initiative, and interpretation of documents, procedures, and law.
Maintains confidential employee and payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
Compiles financial reports, schedules and tax documents.
Computes wages and deductions, posts to payroll records.
