What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Tangerine Group Inc?

We are Looking for 4-5 energetic labourers for a demo job on the Anna Maria City Pier.
START DATE: AUGUST 3rd. PROJECT LENGTH: 5-6 DAYS
Please note that this job will be:
1) VERY Hot
2) There is a 760' walk to and and a 760' walk back from the pier where the dumpsters are located. (you will be making this trip- multiple times a day)
Expectations: You will be expected to bring the demoed out material down the pier walkway to the dumpsters located landslide, in a cart system- off load it and return back to load it up and repeat the process until demo job is completed.
We have 5 days to finish the project. This will be a fast paced job in the heat.
MUST:
-Have experience working in the heat
-Must be able to lift heavy
-Must be able to hustle and meet/ exceed deadlines
- This can be made fun! but still has to be a safe work environment
**Due to the heat- there will be a mandatory lunch break everyday to ensure a cool down period.
Pay- $20-25/ hr. Bonuses available!!!! the faster we get it done- Bigger the bonuses for everyone. (you will meet your team August 3rd- up to you guys how long it takes... 3 out of the 5 days, 4 of the 5 days, etc)
