Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting flooring products (carpet, tile, LVT, hardwood, etc.)
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Conduct measurements (we will train) and assist in creating estimates
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, and repeat clients
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and customer communications
- Contribute to meeting team sales goals
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn flooring products and estimating
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
- $16–$20/hour based on experience
- Medical insurance cost share after 1 year of service.
- Additional commission opportunities based on performance
