This full-time daytime role requires collaboration with both nursing and residential teams to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.About the Opportunity:Shift: DaytimeSchedule: M-F, no weekendsHours: 9:00a to 5:00p (open to 8:00a to 4:00p)Setting: ICF, Residential Group HomeResponsibilities:The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for:Performing ongoing nursing assessments and maintaining regular wellness check-ins with residentsCoordinating medical appointments and specialty referralsReviewing provider documents, treatment plans, and post-visit summaries; documenting findings as neededSupporting medication management, including MAR review and monitoring of storage and documentationMaintaining accurate medical records, nursing notes, vitals, and required regulatory documentationQualifications:Active RN license in New YorkExperience with OPWDD or I/DD populations preferredStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsAble to work independently while supporting a team-centered environmentCalm, supportive, and responsive in a non-hospital settingExperience in a relevant fieldBachelor's degree in Nursing preferredCertified in basic life support (BLS)Competency in managing diverse medical needsEffective problem-solving abilitiesDesired Skills:2 years of nursing experienceAssociate or Bachelor's degree in NursingBLS certificationKnowledge of OPWDD regulationsStrong interpersonal skills
