Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy
Partner with stakeholders to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to organizational goals.
Backlog Management
Own and prioritize the product backlog; refine user stories and technical requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business priorities.
Technical Leadership
Translate business needs into technical solutions; collaborate closely with engineering teams and provide informed guidance and trade-off recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for product decisions, ensuring productive communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Bridge communication across design, engineering, and business groups to maintain alignment and shared understanding.
Release Planning
Coordinate release schedules, set sprint goals, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
Quality Assurance
Define acceptance criteria and participate in testing to validate that deliverables meet requirements and quality standards.
Market & User Research
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders; evaluate market trends to drive continuous product improvement.
Risk Management
Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; proactively address issues to support on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in an agile environment.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or architecture.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent coordination skills with experience collaborating across multiple disciplines.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively across technical and business functions to build consensus and drive execution.
Desired:
Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, and modern software architectures.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking.
Certifications such as CSPO or SAFe POPM.
