In this role, the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications will be responsible for leading ERP strategy and enterprise-wide application implementation, with a focus on transformation across global platforms.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business (40 per week)
- Setting: Remote with 30% travel
Responsibilities:
- Leading ERP strategy, consolidation, and implementation
- Managing a diverse application portfolio, including ERP, CRM, and data platforms
- Engaging with executive stakeholders to align strategies
- Establishing governance and operational processes for applications
- Driving global transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 15 years of IT experience, with 8 years in senior leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven success in leading large-scale enterprise applications transformations
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, S/4HANA, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong technical and business acumen, especially in ERP and CRM platforms
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree and/or MBA
- Bilingual (English and German)
- Experience in global, multi-region environments
- Experience with Big 4 consulting firms
- Knowledge of SOX compliance related to ERP platforms
- Leadership in setting strategic enterprise IT direction
Salary : $215,000 - $230,000
