A recognized services company is currently seeking a new Quality Control Manager to support complex infrastructure projects in secure environments across North Washington, DC, and Frederick, MD. This mission-critical role involves managing Quality Control activities for projects onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the Quality Management System on assigned projects
- Managing nonconforming installation and corrective actions
- Documenting project-specific Quality Plans
- Collaborating with project teams to understand scope and requirements
- Implementing the 3-Phase Quality Control Process
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 10 years of experience, or 15 years with a High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years as a Quality Control Manager
- Active Top-Secret/SCI Clearance
- Experience in hazard identification and safety compliance
- Knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC Quality Control System
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Desired Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Construction and/or Project Management
- Experience in USACE/NAVFAC environments
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
