A financial services organization is seeking a Project Coordinator to support cybersecurity risk assessment initiatives in a remote environment. This role will coordinate project activities, maintain reporting and documentation, and help deliver leadership-ready insights through dashboards and status reporting.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (EST)
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cybersecurity risk assessment projects across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Track project documentation, evidence, and deliverables to support audit readiness
- Prepare status reports, executive communications, and PMO governance materials
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership insights
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience supporting project management, PMO, business analysis, or technical writing functions
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Experience coordinating projects using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Strong experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience performing data analysis and developing executive-level reports and presentations
- Demonstrated technical writing and documentation management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional stakeholder groups
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, governance, or compliance programs
- Financial services industry experience
