Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage resources for assigned IT project efforts
Lead project meetings and coordinate deliverables across technology teams, business partners, and vendors
Track budgets, schedules, risks, issues, action items, and project tasks
Support requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, and other project activities to maintain scope and schedule
Communicate project status, health metrics, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications:
3 years of equivalent work experience
Experience in project management, business analysis, or a related function
Experience working across teams and departments on project leadership efforts
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to build and lead a team in completing a project
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Technology, or Business
Project Management certification
Experience in IT or technology-related project environments
Knowledge of Project Management concepts, requirements gathering, or business analysis
Salary : $70 - $90
