A New York City education network is seeking an AV Technician to provide white-glove audiovisual support for executive leadership and enterprise meetings.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Standard business
Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Provide white-glove AV support to executive leadership and support staff
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, peripherals, and AV systems
Support AV setup and execution for executive-level meetings and events
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to address more complex AV needs
Identify opportunities to improve AV processes, tools, and support workflows
Qualifications:
7 year of AV experience
High School Diploma / GED
Experience with AV system setup and support
Experience with Dante audio systems
Background in technical support
Experience with vendor management
Strong problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- AV certification
Experience supporting Polycom, Crestron, Zoom, or Cisco environments
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or Gemini
Salary : $40 - $45
