About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) or Night (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts; flexible assignments
- Setting: Emergency preparedness and disaster response environments
- Deployment Locations:

- Alexandria
- Lake Charles
- Lafayette
- Thibodaux
- Hammond
- Monroe
- Bossier City
Responsibilities:
- Advocating for patients and connecting them to community resources
- Providing counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support
- Conducting intake, case management, and discharge planning
- Supporting patients with behavioral health, social service, and family needs
- Documenting patient care and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical experience in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related fields
- Active, unencumbered Social Work license (LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent; Louisiana compliance may be required)
- Strong knowledge of case management and behavioral health practices
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to high-pressure and emergency environments
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Desired Skills:
- BLS/CPR certification
- Prior experience in Emergency Response and/or Disaster Relief settings
- Additional specialty certifications in Behavioral Health and/or Crisis Intervention
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
