- Map current and future-state processes

- Document workflows, requirements, and operational procedures
- Facilitate workshops with SMEs and stakeholders
- Support Agile teams with process insights
Qualifications
- 5 years of Process or Business Analysis experience
- Strong skills in Workflow Documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
- Experience capturing requirements and translating them into actionable tasks
- Ability to evaluate operational challenges and propose improvements
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
