A healthcare organization in Florida is seeking a licensed Radiation Therapist to join their team in Tampa, administering radiation treatment under the guidance of Oncologists.
About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 14-week contract
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Between 6:30am to 8:30pm (40 hours a week)
- Setting: Hospital
Responsibilities:
- Performing radiation therapy procedures and treatments
- Documenting treatments as per planning documentation
- Performing quality assurance and equipment maintenance
- Ensuring radiation safety
- Providing emotional support to patients
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 years of Radiation Therapy experience
- High School Diploma / GED or Associate's Degree
- Florida Certified Radiation Therapy Tech (CRT-RTT)
- ARRT Certification
- BLS certification
- Technical proficiency in using Radiation Equipment
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Radiation Safety protocols
