A top financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Instructional Designer to join their growing team in the Pensacola, Florida area.
Responsibilities:
- Design, setup, and operationalization of the Marketing Department's training and extended onboarding program, focused on building scalable learning assets and a sustainable knowledge management ecosystem
- Deliver a standardized, scalable onboarding and training experience to accelerate new-hire readiness
- Reduce operational variance across the Marketing team
- Develop Knowledge Management materials, including onboarding and process documentation
- Establish content management standards for long-term onboarding consistency
- Translate tribal knowledge and evolving processes into durable, searchable knowledge assets
- Leverage rapid, AI-supported development methods to reduce learning time and accelerate time-to-value
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or Knowledge Management
- Strong ability to structure complex processes into scalable, user-friendly knowledge artifacts
- Experience creating modular / microlearning content
- Experience with eLearning tools
- Experience with LMS platforms (Oracle HCM preferred)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Working knowledge of Staffbase (email / communications)
- Proficiency with Storyline and/or Rise
- Working knowledge of Oracle HCM
