ETL Developer (CDH Support)
A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated ETL Developer (CDH Support) for our client in the McLean, Virginia area.
Overview:
This role supports data ingestion and transformation pipelines that enable CDH decisioning and strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain ETL pipelines supporting CDH ingestion and batch processes.
Transform and validate datasets for strategies, predictions, and customer profiles.
Collaborate with Decisioning Architects on data requirements.
Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and ingestion failures.
Qualifications:
4-7 years of ETL development experience.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, Glue, or ADF.
Understanding of CDH data flows and real-time vs. batch patterns.
Experience optimizing ETL performance and managing data quality controls.
Familiarity with CI/CD and Git for ETL code.
Desired:
CSA or PCDC.
Financial services data experience.
