An esteemed medical institution in New Jersey is seeking a Cardiologist to join its growing Heart Failure program within the Cardiovascular Medicine Department.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Call: 1:5 weekends telephonic (unless an emergency requires you to go in)
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct heart failure patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Assisting in heart failure initiatives, including reducing length of stay and improving outcomes
- Representing the heart failure program in the organization's committees as needed
- Overseeing the Advanced Heart Failure program
- Advancing the field of heart failure
- Performing other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- NJ medical license
- Board Certification in Cardiology and Heart Failure
- Experience in Heart Failure patient management
Salary : $425,000 - $525,000
