Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Greeting and directing clients
- Answering calls and transferring, as needed; taking messages
- Collecting payments and making receipts
- Making copies and filing appropriately
- Completing data entry duties, including entering work orders, phone numbers, emails, etc.
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Administrative experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
