A recognized education network in New York City is seeking a hardworking, versatile professional to join its team as an Administrative Assistant.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (but flexibility needed)
- Setting: Onsite 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support with a heavy focus on complex Google calendar management, cross-functional coordination, and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Demonstrate flexibility outside traditional 9-5 hours, supporting a busy CEO and team with dynamic, fast-changing priorities
- Handling time-sensitive, confidential, and high-pressure tasks with professionalism, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with the CEO's existing EA team to ensure seamless coverage and operational efficiency
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in an Administrative role
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy, specifically Mac
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
