A Tennessee-based services organization is actively seeking a new Strategic Accounts Payable Manager to join their growing team in Memphis.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Accounts Payable team and overseeing the entire AP function
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of Accounts Payable Management experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree
- Experience with basic Accounting functions
- Strong proficiency utilizing Oracle
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
