An organization in Westchester County NY is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support technology leadership and oversee daily office and business operations.

About the opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, FT
  • Setting: On-site
  • Length: 3-6 months
  • Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
  • Prepare agendas, capture notes, and share actionable summaries
  • Anticipate executive needs and align priorities across teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Oversee daily office operations for efficiency and professionalism
  • Act as primary contact for building management, vendors, and partners
  • Handle supplies, equipment, contracts, and expense processing
  • Support onboarding and cross-functional coordination
  • Implement workflow improvements and keep operations structured for growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years in office management, executive support, or operations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to develop and improve processes
  • Proficient with office software, scheduling tools, and admin systems
  • Self-motivated, independent problem solver
  • High discretion, professionalism, and adaptability
