Responsibilities:
The BI Analyst will support the Service Reliability team and their mission of improving the customer experience through analytics focused on network outages/impairments and maintenance/upgrade events.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of overall experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Must be proficient in SQL, Redshift
- Proficiency in Excel for data validation and ad hoc analysis
- Must be able to communicate analysis/findings in business/functional terms for senior leadership/executive audience
Desired Skills:
- Telecom experience
- Data warehouse and MicroStrategy experience
