As an SLPA at Tandy Therapy, you will provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). You will work with children with a variety of communication needs while helping them build functional skills that support success at home, at school, and in their everyday lives.

What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients under the direction and supervision of an SLP.
- Work with children with a variety of communication and developmental needs.
- Follow individualized treatment plans and support progress toward established goals.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families.
- Accurately document treatment sessions and client progress.
- Communicate regularly with supervising SLPs regarding client progress, concerns, and needs.
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other members of the therapy team when appropriate.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.
- Help create a fun, engaging, and supportive therapy environment.
- Maintain professional standards and follow clinic policies and procedures.
Who We’re Looking For

- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Idaho and/or Washington.
- Passionate about working with children and families.
