After building one of the industry’s leading Digital Wealth platforms, we’ve evolved. Today, Tandems is an AI-first company, building intelligent tools that help advisors run better meetings, anticipate client needs, and make more informed decisions. Our solutions are trusted by some of the world’s largest and most innovative financial institutions, including Wells Fargo, New York Life, Scotiabank, and Citizens.

About the Team and Opportunity

As an Enterprise Delivery Manager at Tandems, you will play a central role in how we deliver transformative solutions to our enterprise customers (we call them partners!). You will serve as the primary liaison between Tandems and our partners, orchestrating complex, cross-functional programs from initial scoping through successful delivery, and ensuring every engagement reflects the quality and reliability we stand for.

This is a highly visible, high-impact role at the core of how Tandems executes. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Design, and Client Services to translate partner needs into actionable plans, manage delivery across multiple workstreams, and guide organizations through launches, integrations, and ongoing adoption of our products.

You will lead implementations and software releases, strengthen strategic partner relationships, shape repeatable delivery frameworks, and help scale delivery excellence across products and teams. Your work will directly influence how Tandems brings new capabilities, including AI-powered experiences, to market with consistency, quality, and measurable impact. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
