The Role
You'll be client-facing every day — running discovery calls, touring spaces with founders and operators, helping companies work through offers and make decisions. That's the job.
But this role is also a product role. Every interaction you have is a data point: where does our AI handle things well? Where does a human conversation change the outcome? What parts of the leasing process still require judgment, trust, or presence that no system can replicate yet?
You'll be one of the people answering those questions in real time, and feeding that back into how we build. The best version of this role isn't someone who executes a process, it's someone who helps us figure out what the process should be.
Expect 60–70% of your time to be in-person across San Francisco, touring spaces, meeting clients, building relationships.

- You've been in a client-facing role that required real judgment: onsulting, expert networks, advisory, or client services. You know how to earn trust quickly and guide someone to a decision.
- You're curious about how AI is changing professional services and want to be inside that problem, not watching it from the outside.
- Strong communicator: you can run a sharp discovery call with a first-time founder and a seasoned CFO on the same afternoon.
- High judgment, low ego. Early-stage means the scope of your job will change. That should feel interesting, not frustrating.
- Based in San Francisco, comfortable spending significant time in the city.
