Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Estimator role located in Port Lavaca, TX. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, assessing material and labor requirements, and collaborating with project managers and clients. Additional responsibilities include preparing bid proposals, assisting in project planning to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in cost estimating, budget analysis, and financial planning
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and clients
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, materials, and processes
- Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tool.
- Prior experience in industrial civil, mechanical & piping construction projects is a must.
