To Be Great At This Role, You Will Have
- Ownership of inventory accuracy — you keep physical stock and ERP records in lockstep through disciplined transactions and cycle counts

- Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-moving pilot manufacturing environment
- A systems-first approach — you’d rather fix the process in the ERP than firefight the same problem twice

- High school diploma or equivalent; able to work on-site full-time in the Bay Area
- Direct experience with Odoo (Inventory, Purchasing, or Manufacturing modules)
