THIS POSITION HAS OPENINGS FOR FULLTIME and PARTTIME/ON-CALL. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY.

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. The role involves providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs in various settings such as assisted living facilities or nursing homes.

Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to those in your care
- Help individuals participate in social and recreational activities
- Monitor and document individual progress and behavior
- Assist with mobility and perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Patience and understanding when dealing with challenging behaviors

Requirements

- Valid and current Driver's license
