Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to drive the design and delivery of advanced artificial intelligence solutions for our healthcare and life sciences clients in Minnetonka, MN. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and cutting-edge technology, leading the architecture of enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions tailored for enterprise healthcare and life sciences use cases.
• Design robust enterprise architectures leveraging large language models (LLMs), foundation models (such as Claude and others), and cloud AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Define best practices for AI model deployment, integration, data security, and governance in highly regulated environments.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from architectural design to production deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Extensive experience in AI architecture, machine learning systems, and Generative AI frameworks (including working with models like Claude).
• Domain Experience: Strong background working within the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain.
• Cloud & Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms and modern AI development tooling.

Salary : $60 - $70
