Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager located in Orange, CA. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, leading cross-functional teams, expediting processes, overseeing inspections, and ensuring efficient logistics management. While the role is primarily based in Orange, CA, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and delivering projects successfully
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely project progress
- Understanding and experience with Inspections and compliance with industry standards
- Skills in Logistics Management to oversee and optimize project operations
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with commercial construction or development projects is a plus
