We are presently looking for a Part Time - Behavioral Support Professional (BSP) who will lead all behavioral programming on a case-by-case basis, providing support and direction to front-line staff who implement these behavioral programs. BSP will provide behavioral consultation, training, and intervention to participants in their home, school, workplace or in the community. BSP will provide initial and ongoing assessments of client’s behavior, needs, and functional abilities, and provide training to direct support staff and families in implementing these interventions. Specifically, you will…
- Develop behavioral support plan in coordination with Direct Support Professionals.
- Provide functional behavioral assessment and an assessment of the environmental factors that are precipitating a problem behavior.
- Work with Direct Support Professionals on implementation of positive behavioral support strategies and/or behavioral support plan.
- Consult and train on data collection strategies to monitor progress.
- Monitor participants and the Direct Support Professionals in the implementation and modification of the behavioral support plan.
- Maintain records of participant’s ongoing progress.
Salary : $25 - $31
