We are presently hiring for a competent Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for administrative and clerical work of APC's daily operations which includes assisting with scheduling interviews, appointments, organizing individual files and documents, receiving incoming calls, coordinating intake, on-boarding new hires, and data entry, among others

What’s a workday look like for the Program Supervisor?
Specifically, you will…
- Answer incoming calls and assist callers.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing admin inventory and supply ordering, managing vendors list and assisting management in submitting purchase orders and work orders.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, creating meeting agendas, and making travel plans.
- Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms, organize and create meeting minutes.
- Conduct tours of the facility.
- Receive, review and coordinate incoming referrals for JDT services.
- Work closely with professionals, community partners, participants and their families to gather necessary information for the intake meeting and assessment.
- Input information, service data, and upload participant documents into APC’s electronic shared drive and hard copy files, and keep additional manual records as required.
- Prepare participant programming binders and documents, on a timely basis and following the program and state guidelines on file maintenance.
- Verify and coordinate additional participant information when needed using available web resources.
- Develop and maintain good working knowledge of APC’s and DRC’s electronic record program, and the state’s standards and guidelines.
