This is a full-time, remote role for a Fund Accountant. The Fund Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate fund accounting, maintaining NAV calculations, generating financial reports, and supporting finance-related activities. Day-to-day duties include reconciling accounts, managing fund allocations, adhering to compliance standards, and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve financial transparency and accuracy.
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements, including accurate analysis and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Fund Accounting and fund allocation processes.
- Experience with Financial Reporting and maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Ability to calculate and manage NAV (Net Asset Value) effectively.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with a background in Finance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience in non-profit or tribal organizations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
