Position Overview
The Summer Social Skills Tech will work as a member of the Prevention Team providing social skill training services to clients/consumer and their families under the supervision of the Prevention and Outreach Services Director and Social Skills Program Coordinator. This position will provide direct support and social skills training to clients/consumers who participate in the program by helping clients practice their social skills in real world scenarios. . Prospective applicants need to have the ability to work in an indoor and outdoor setting with clients.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years' previous human services experience with children and adolescents
- Previous experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or related developmental disabilities
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
