Job Responsibilities 25% Conduct research on pharmacokinetics and toxicity studies, in vitro-in vivo correlations, animal models of pathology, cell cultures. 25% Conduct protein purification and enzyme assay. 20% Works closely with lab leadership and project managers to properly prepare for and execute assigned pharmacology studies. Be responsible for the physical environment for a group of assigned laboratory animals 15% Perform routine animal husbandry: cage changing, health monitoring, food/water, breeding. Perform all tasks in accordance with established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 5% Conduct literature searches and reviews and continue to update knowledge and develop skills. 5% Maintain accurate and complete records of all findings. 5% Performs other duties as assigned. **GRANT FUNDED POSITION** Restrictions and Other Restricted by Patriot Act: No Does this position or the job duties performed involve use of restricted items, software or technology covered by Export Controls regulations?
