Most courses are taught in person with a few courses taught online either synchronously or asynchronously. Required Education and Experience: An earned Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Cyber Engineering Technology or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution. 18 graduate hours in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Cyber Engineering Technology or a closely related field. Lecture and Computer based Laboratory teaching experience or related industry experience. Preferred Education and Experience: Working towards or has earned Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Cyber Engineering Technology or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution. Experience and interest in teaching undergraduates in a college/university setting. Broad training in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Cyber Engineering Technology and industry experience. Interest in active and collaborative learning, the instructional use of technology. Experience with non-traditional commuter university setting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. Ability to work cooperatively with faculty and staff. Ability to respond promptly to queries from students, faculty, and staff. The position is open until filled but review of applications will begin immediately.
