Responsibilities include:
- Connecting through phone calls and face to face with customers.
- Collecting information on vehicles and customers concerns.
- Resourcing parts.
- Writing estimates.
- Prioritizing repairs as well as selling needed repairs.
- Follow up calls.
- Quality control driving of vehicles.
- Pick up and drop off of customers.
- Different customer correspondence including thank you notes, birthday cards and rebates.
