Key Responsibilities:
- Represent AT&T’s full suite of wireless and communication products to new and existing customers with a personalized, consultative approach.
- Develop customized presentations, quotes, and sales proposals that clearly articulate value and support customer decision-making.
- Foster strong customer relationships that drive long-term satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Proactively address customer questions and concerns, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.
- Track personal and regional sales performance, using metrics to set goals and exceed revenue expectations.
- Deliver market insights and customer feedback to internal teams to support strategic planning and campaign optimization.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role (1 years) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with others.

- Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales goals and performance metrics.
