Tampa Retina Institute is a new, physician-owned retina subspecialty practice launching in Tampa, Florida — and we're looking for the right person to grow with us from day one.
We're seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role blends clinical and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic, start-up practice environment.
What you'll do:
📋 Support day-to-day clinical operations for a retina practice
🗓️ Assist with scheduling and front-office coordination
🤝 Work closely alongside our physicians to deliver excellent patient care
What we're looking for:
✅ Ophthalmic technician experience (retina is a plus!)
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
✅ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
