We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner and strategic advisor to leadership. This role is critical to driving financial insight, accountability, and decision-making across the organization.
This is a hands-on and strategic role, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling—while also challenging assumptions, translating data into insights, and influencing business decisions. The role supports the VP of Finance and works cross-functionally to improve financial predictability, reporting quality, and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, providing insight, challenge, and guidance to support sound decision-making
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives that tell the story behind the numbers
- Support leadership in evaluating the financial impact of operational and strategic initiatives
Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
- Lead and support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning
- Prepare and analyze monthly results, including variance analysis and management commentary
- Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and key financial and operational metrics
- Improve predictability through forward-looking analysis and scenario modeling
Analytics & Decision Support
- Build detailed financial models to support investments, business cases, and scenario analysis
- Evaluate profitability, margins, and cost drivers using advanced analytics
- Define and refine KPIs that drive accountability and measurable performance improvement
Process Improvement & Reporting Excellence
- Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting
- Support standardization and harmonization of financial reporting
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, reporting reliability, and analytical capabilities
Leadership & Collaboration
- Influence and guide stakeholders across the organization regardless of reporting structure
- Foster a culture of accountability, insight-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience improving financial reporting tools and systems
- Project management experience a plus
