We are seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Holiday Light Installers in the Tampa Bay area. As a Holiday Light Installer, you will play a crucial role in helping us transform homes and businesses into winter wonderlands by installing holiday lights and decorations. This seasonal position offers a unique opportunity to spread holiday cheer and be part of a fun and festive team with a long term working potential to learn Artificial Turf, Pavers, and Concrete with out sister company.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently install holiday lights and decorations on residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure that all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations on time.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with lights or decorations during installations.
- Maintain and organize equipment and materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights, using ladders or scaffolding.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for spreading holiday cheer.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
