What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Planner position at Tampa Civil Design?
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- AICP Certification with 6 months
- Knowledge/Interpretation of Zoning, Subdivision and other Land Development regulations.
- Knowledge/Interpretation of Comprehensive Planning principles and practices.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing comprehensive planning.
- Processing of Land Use Petitions
- Ability to make presentations to community groups, elected and appointed officials.
- Ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to work with a team
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to use appropriate computer applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
