Media Sales Representative
Tampa Bay Newspapers is seeking a full-time media sales representative to pursue sales and marketing opportunities(Print and Digital) in the Tampa Bay area. They will manage and develop a book of business within Pinellas County.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, pursuing, and closing potential new digital and print opportunities to achieve our current sales revenue plans in the market.
- Possess a thorough understanding of marketing opportunities, the industry, and audience in the Tampa Bay area.
- Grow and develop new sales leads, establish strategic partnerships within the community, and creating attractive marketing programs.
- Manage and develop a book of business within a geographic territory. Understanding of sales pipeline development, effective time management, proper communication skills, and creating advertising programs.
Requirements:
- A potential candidate does not necessarily need to possess prior media sales experience, but it would be considered a plus.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft products like Word, Excel, and Teams as well as working with a CRM software. Driver’s License is required.

We also provide ongoing digital training and offer a full suite of digital advertising solutions for our client. This position is a hybrid-office working position that requires you to be in your geographic territory daily and office as needed; utilizing your home office concurrently.
