This role focuses on executing creative materials that bring the Tampa Bay Sun brand to life across marketing, match day, and partnership platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce graphics for digital, print, and in-stadium use according to established brand guidelines.
- Deliver design assets for marketing campaigns, ticket sales, sponsorship deliverables, and community initiatives.
- Create static and motion graphics for LED boards, broadcast, and in-venue presentation.
- Prepare and package files for use across social media, web, and print — ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to fulfill design requests on schedule.
- Maintain organized templates, file systems, and archives to support efficient production.
- Assist on-site during select home matches and events as needed for in-game production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in design, preferably in sports, entertainment, or agency environments.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience with video editing, photography, or motion graphics.
- Understanding of live event production formats and display specifications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the season.
