ticket operations on game days!
Job Summary
- Assist customers by selling admission tickets.
- Accept payment and make change before giving tickets to customers.
- Operate handheld ticket scanners and collaborate to resolve ticket scanning issues
- Provide accurate answers concerning events, tickets and schedules of upcoming events in person or on the telephone.
- Ability to deal tactfully, helpfully and professionally with the public to provide event
- information and accurately complete ticket transactions.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends – for the remaining matches of our 25/26 season.
- Position is on site, gameday role, at our stadium in Tampa, Florida
- SeatGeek knowledge, preferred but not required.
- Box office experience, preferred but not required.
- High School diploma or G.E.D., required
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member.
- Ability to work weekends and nights on an event to event basis.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Bilingual, preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass all background and safeguarding checks.
- Must be available to work Tampa Bay Sun FC home matches
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some computer knowledge.
